DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our products are delivered by road freight (curtain side lorry) and set off at the most accessible location by Tailgate and Pallet truck. Please ensure your delivery location has;-

- Level area with no sharp inclines/declines.

- No Grass or Gravelled areas as pallets cannot be moved.

- Open access for Curtain sided lorries.

Our pallets are delivered by rigid lorries that must have open access and a level area. Customers are purchasing the goods in the knowledge that all pallets will be set off at the most accessible location to the driver. Rejection of pallet at time of delivery must be settled between customer & haulier.

We always endeavor to take into consideration everyone's delivery needs.

Always leave a clear address and contact telephone number so we can book our delivery. Haulage dispatch will call to book delivery so please ensure that you are available to receive calls with regards to the delivery. If dispatch are unable to reach you by phone the delivery may be returned to depot and an additional delivery rate charged.

Our items will be despatched same day for orders placed before 9AM Monday to Friday.

Delivery Charge

All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and you see all totals before committing to buy.

What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?

Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
